What a great experience talking to such an informed young man. Andy knew what he was talking about. He took the time to give me the information I was asking for. He's what I call an "Old Fashion Salesman". Courteous, informative,and wellspoken. I could have spent more somewhere else and possibly purchased the wrong camera. Andy also told me about a great lens, the new Sigma 18-250 @ a greatly reduced price. I will definately buy from Thunder Cameras again, and I'll ask for Andy @ ext.100.

Before I write my review I want to make sure that my SALESMAN “ANDY” gets the credit he deserves for his outstanding customer service! I started a few months ago every night researching online for the best prices for the equipment I needed and what company could I trust with the $4,000 budget I was working with. I had saved for 4 years for this new equipment so it was very important to me I was getting what I really wanted. I told him that I mainly am a Sports & Portrait Photographer & that I really wanted the New Canon 70-200mm F/2.8 along with the Canon EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens for the NEW Canon 7D I would be buying. Andy said that they were very good lenses but the Sigma Lenses that were in the Sports package were just as good if not better. I was a little hesitant about changing my mind but he reassured me that if I was not happy that he would swap them out for my original choices. So fast forward to this week when my order arrived. When Andy said he would HOOK ME UP he was not lying!!!!! I could not believe what came in this package. I have been playing with my new stuff for a few days now and the only issue I had was the 28-70mm f/2.8-4.0 did not have the Image stabilizer that I thought. So I called Andy today and “NOT A PROBLEM” he was switching it out for me at NO CHARGE!
Not only was Andy’s Customer Service amazing, but his knowledge and understanding of the equipment was remarkable. On a scale of 1-10 Andy from Thundercameras.com rates a HIGH 11!!!!!! Thank you Andy….I can’t wait till football season starts so I can send you some photos taken with all my NEW EQUIPTMENT!!!!! Will I buy from thunder Cameras again? ABSOULUTLY! As a matter of fact…….I am making a list now of things I am going to buy with the leftover money from my budget!!!! I know, I know, I could not believe it either…..I still had a little leftover after all of that!
